Useful tips for your holiday in our apartment in Flachau
Should you have an further queries regarding your holiday in our apartment, just send us a email: info@ferienwohnung-flachau.com.
On arrival day our apartment is available from 2.00 pm. We kindly request you vacate the apartment by 09.30 am on departure day – thank you!
There is a large, free car park for our guests. They have a large carport for 2 cars available.
Our modern apartment sleeps 3-7 persons an offers 3 separate doublerooms (a third bed can be placed in one of the double rooms) each with shower/WC, television and balcony. The cosy, separate living room / kitchen is well-equipped and leaves nothing to desire. A spacious hallway with cloakroom plus a storage room round off the modern amenities.
Our newly renovated house is non-smoking. We kindly request you only smoke on the balcony.
In summer you’ll find a small bathing lake just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. A large sunbathing lawn plus a great children’s playground offers fun and relaxation for all ages. Admission is free!
In winter children can borrow a bob or a sledge from us to whizz down the slope next to our house. Lots of fun is guaranteed.
On arrival in our apartment you’ll find bed linen, towels and tea towels. On request we have a free baby bed with nice linen.
The free ski bus stops right in front of the house and takes you to the nearest ski lifst in just a few minutes.
The Salzburger Sportweltcard is included free of charge in stays for 2 nights or more. You receive the card from us onn arrival.

Pets are not permitted in our new apartment.
Free wi-fi is available for our apartment guests.
Resort tax for adults (15 years and over) is € 2,45 per person per night. Children under 15 years are free.
We charge a single fee of € 85,00 for end of stay cleaning of our apartment.
Cancellation conditions according to Austrian Hotel Regulations.
You can store your ski equipment in our spacious ski cellar. A ski boot dryer for cosy, warm ski boots is also available.
